O’ Level course, computer के field में एक degree course सरकारी foundation course है। O’ Level course की affiliation NIELIT (National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology) द्वारा प्रदान की जाती है, पहले इसे DOEACC के नाम से जाना जाता था। O’ Level computer course के लिए apply करने के लिए eligibility criteria में कहा गया है कि सभी candidates को किसी भी stream से 10 + 2 की शिक्षा पूरी करनी होगी।
O’ Level की duration इसे पूरा करने के लिए और पूरा करने के बाद सरकारी नौकरी पाने के लिए एक वर्ष है। लेकिन registration 5 साल तक valid होता है. यानी यदि आप किसी कारणवश exam नहीं दे पाते हैं तो NIELIT entrance date से 5 वर्ष तक आपके registration की अनुमति देता है।
